Mr. Moosa's biography has been recorded in the Marquis Who's Who of Emerging Leaders 2007 (First Edition) as well as in the new edition of 'Who's Who in Asia' in recognition for the work he has done as a journalist, by founding Dhivehi Observer as a major source of news and information for the Maldivian public in general, who have been deprived of real news for many many years by state controlled media.
